Heating type

Electric heating with explosion-proof device

Water recycling, thermal oil or steam through jacket by explosion-proof constant temperature slot.

Main material

Contacting material inside kettle mainly use 0Cr18Ni9（304）, 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 (316L), 1Cr18Ni9Ti（321）, also can be produced by titanium (TA2), nickel, zirconium, hastelloy, etc, or lined with PTFE, PPL, PFA and Ni (Ni6) according to different requirements of reaction media.

If user have other special requirements on kettle cover, kettle body opening, internal structure, stirring paddle, and other supporting device (such as condensate return unit, constant feeding tank, receiver, condenser, etc.), we can help customer to achieve their request, can also equip necessary instruments as request.
